The pocket skinner! Originally called the skinner mini, I accidentally called it the pocket skinner a week or two ago and instantly knew that was a more fitting name.
We’ve made a few skinners over the years and what did they all have in common? No one seems to care about anything except the front end when using it. We even had someone us to just make the blade and no handle. That obviously didn’t make a lot of sense so the smaller skinner was born. We figure why waste the weight and size when it’s not going to be used anyways. Why not give you something small, convenient, and straight to business?
Seems silly to waste the time and effort on a blade size that is only needed if you have to compensate for bagging a smaller than average animal. Not to say that we can’t make that happen for you if you know it’s what’s you’ll need. Just hit us up and perhaps work on your aim or selection choices!
The handles on these are griptek. Haven’t heard of it? Think G10 but with a bunch of tiny rubber ball’s littered throughout it. It’s got a great grippy feel to it. Do we get how they make it? Absolutely not but it’s cool anyways!
Steel: 80CRV2
Handle: Griptek
Overall length: 6”
Blade length: 2.25”
