It’s sexy, it’s sleek, it’s slim, it’s refined. The handle is made of iron wood so you know it’s going to hold up. Why is it called the bird and trout? Who knows, it just reminded me of a knife with that name so it seemed like a good fit. You could use it on birds and trout, ideally ones you’ve shot or caught with a hook and some fishing line. If that’s not your method, more power to you as it would be much more difficult to catch either one by hand but who are we to judge.
